Don't be BLUE.... ....dreams really good come true!

10 years ago Blues fan, David Williamson, had an idea. He wanted to create a family-friendly event called the Delta Blues Festival. He rallied together 3 local blues bands together and put on the very first Delta Blues Festival on October 23, 1999. (see the festivals past page)

David had hope that the community would embrace the festival as an annual event; that families could attend and have a good time while watching and listening to live blues acts on stage. Well, Dave's dream came true. Years after his passing, the DBF is going strong. The attendance, and the entertainment, gets bigger and better each year.

In Dave's memory, a scholarship is being offered to a student of an Antioch High School, who seeks an education in music.
